Family Bootcamp
Join us for our upcoming Family Boot Camp, where parents and kids can get active together through a fun and engaging circuit training workout!
Participants will rotate through a variety of stations focused on building strength, endurance, agility, and teamwork. This exciting event is a great opportunity for families to stay active, encourage healthy habits, and enjoy quality time together while taking on fitness challenges as a team. All ages are welcome!

Family Bootcamp is a two-week fitness experience designed for families of all ages and abilities. Led by YMCA Personal Trainers Holly and Rachel, participants will rotate through a variety of exercise stations featuring strength training, cardio challenges, teamwork activities, and family-friendly fitness games.
Throughout the program, Hollie and Rachel will provide instruction, encouragement, and modifications to help every family member feel successful while learning healthy habits and new ways to stay active together.
No fitness experience needed—just bring your family and a willingness to have fun!
Classes will be held at the Downtown Y on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. from September 14 to 23.
