Toddler Teacher
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manages, directs and coordinates the early learning programs for assigned location(s). Ensures
high quality programs and establishes new program activities. Expands program within the
community in accordance with strategic and operating plans.
2. Provides staff leadership for annual fund raising campaign and committees as assigned.
3. Maintains proper records/department files.
4. Provide support, cooperation and leadership to ensure compliance with government grants and
private foundation grants.
Pay: $10-$15 per hour

Assistant Program Staff
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the head coach with instructing students in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
- Organize and direct individual and small group practice activities/exercises as directed by the head coach.
- Assesses gymnast’s skills, monitors participants during competition and practice, and keeps the head coach informed of the athletic performance of students.
- Assists with strategy to conduct successful gymnastics meet.
- Know and review all emergency procedures and respond to emergency situations immediately in accordance with YMCA policies, procedures, and the “safe-in-six” model; complete related reports as required.
- Model sports-like behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards students, officials, and spectators.
- Assist the head coach with submitting a list of award winners at the end of the season for the annual awards banquet. Also, must assist the head coach at parent orientation and registration.
- Perform support tasks such as distributing and maintaining eligibility forms, emergency data cards, and other related records.
- Attending staff development meetings, clinics, and other professional activities to improve coaching performance.
- Perform similar and related duties as assigned.
Pay: $9 – $11 Per Hour

Childcare Office Coordinator
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Processes childcare applications and completes enrollment process.
2. Maintains children and staff files in Procare and filing cabinets for compliance.
3. Organizes resources and deliverables to best meet intended goals and outcomes.
4. Assists with State and STARS inspections
5. Tracks all paperwork and activities required for State and STARS accreditation.
6. Assumes general office duties, verify attendance, meal counts, & children’s participation.
7. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Pay: $11 – $14 per hour

Food Service Assistant
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supervises food program activities to meet YMCA objectives. Ensure program quality and monitor staff performance and food service.
- Develop relationships with staff and program children and obtain regular feedback on programs. Recommend program enhancements to ensure that program needs are being met.
- Demonstrates constant and clear communication in a reasonable amount of time between Food program staff, Child care directors, CEO.
- Supervise staff and ensure appropriate staffing of food program.
- Make and implement program menus that are inline with the budget.
- Be SafeServ certified and maintain YMCA qualifications for CACFP, Summer Foods Program, and YUSA Food Grant Program
- Ensure safety and prevent injuries in the kitchen and maintain cleanliness of all food service areas.
- Ensures paperwork requirements are current and complete.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of and participation in program.
- Completes other related duties as assigned by Child Care Operations Director
Pay: $11 – $14 per hour

The Meadville YMCA is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Intern in Youth & Family Services. This internship will provide hands-on experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation for the benefit of children, families, and the community.
