Meadville YMCA 3-on-3 Youth Basketball League

Get ready for March Madness with the Meadville Family YMCA 3×3 Youth Basketball League! This league is designed to help young athletes develop their basketball skills, learn the fundamentals of the game, and enjoy friendly competition in a fun, team-focused environment.

Players will practice passing, dribbling, shooting, defense, and other fundamental basketball skills before putting them into action during weekly 3×3 games. Each team will consist of four players, with one substitute. To bring the excitement of March Madness to the league, each team will represent a college, and team T-shirt colors will match their college team.

League Details

Dates: February 25 – April 3
Age Groups: 4–6, 7–9, and 10–12

Practice Times – Thursdays

• Ages 4–6: 5:00–5:30 p.m.
• Ages 7–9: 5:45–6:30 p.m.
• Ages 10–12: 6:45–7:30 p.m.

Game Times – Saturdays

• Ages 4–6: 9:00 a.m.
• Ages 7–9: 10:00 a.m.
• Ages 10–12: 11:00 a.m.

Games will consist of four quarters, with quarter lengths adjusted based on the age group.

At the Y, our sports staff, coaches, and volunteers share a common goal: helping all youth reach their full potential. Whether your child is new to basketball or looking to build on their existing skills, this league provides an opportunity to learn, compete, make friends, and have fun.
