Youth Dance Classes
Dancing is a great form of exercise and can help motivate kids to stay active even into adulthood. Dance classes can increase your child’s flexibility, range of motion, physical strength, and stamina. Different styles of Hip-Hop are taught, along with the beginnings of team building and identifying with peers. Hip-Hop is a fun way for kids to make friends and build their confidence.
Dancers should wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes
