This one-on-one instruction helps further develop our athlete’s skills in addition to their session classes. The focus is on you (the athlete) and your specific goals. Whether that’s learning a back handspring or aiming to qualify for the next gymnastics level. We adjust lessons and sessions to fit how you know best and personally challenge you to get you to your goal. As coaches and athletes, our overall goal is to continually progress to new goals as you crush the purpose you set initially.

 *All scheduled lessons have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 1 private lesson for not meeting this policy
