Meet Our Personal Trainer: Rachel!
My name is Rachel and I am a personal trainer that is ISSA certified with additional certifications in fitness nutrition coaching and strength and conditioning. I have been a distance runner for over a decade and have completed a full marathon along with multiple half marathons. I specialize in crafting customized workout plans for women and girls of all ages that fit within their unique interests, abilities, and lifestyle. My desire is to empower women to have a healthy relationship with food and exercise and equip them with the knowledge to do so. My passion for fitness and energetic training style is what sets me apart from the rest.
