Meet Our Personal Trainer: Holly!
Hi, my name is Holly Zolnai! I’m a personal trainer and fitness instructor here at the YMCA. I’m incredibly passionate about health, fitness, and helping people reach their goals. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else for a living. I started my journey over 18 years ago when I was almost 400 pounds. With hard work, discipline, and dedication, I lost over 240 pounds. I have kept my weight off for over 17 years, and now I teach others to reach their goals. I work with individuals on losing weight, toning up, and gaining muscle mass.
I have my Fitness Training, Cancer Rehabilitation, and Army Combat training certifications through ISSA. I’ve been with the YMCA for over eight years. I teach a whole wide array of classes here at the YMCA. When I’m not teaching classes, I’m training my clients. I love being here at the Y; it’s like my second family.
When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me outdoors doing something like running, hiking, hunting, fishing, or trapping. I like to enjoy life to the fullest!
