  1. When does the program take place?

January 24th, 2022 to March 18th, 2022

  1. When are weigh-ins? How many do I have to attend?

Downtown location: Monday from 4-7 pm

Vernon location: Wednesday from 7-10 am

Downtown location: Friday from 11 am – 1pm

Choose the location that works best for you to come in weekly for a weigh in. Must do 8 weigh-ins for the total 8-week long program.

  1. How can I receive additional information about the program?

Grab a packet at the front desk of Vernon or Downtown location. Or, look on Facebook at the private group to communicate with other members of the program and learn new weekly exercise/diet tips.

  1. When will we know the final prize options?

By January 28th

Warrior Fitness Club Q&A

  1. What is the Warrior Fitness Club?

This is a program for the Weight Loss Warrior participants that is 4-weeks long. It is an introduction program to proper exercise and nutrition.

  1. When does the program take place?

January 10th, 2022 to February 4th, 2022

  1. Where can I sign up for the workout sessions?

Under the Weight Loss Warrior tab on the Meadville YMCA website in the Core system under your profile. There is time for Vernon and Downtown training sessions with Haylee.

  1. How early in advance can I sign up for the next weeks sessions?

Session will open one week in advance, on Friday for the following week.

  1. How can I be eligible for the prize?

Attend the most sessions that you can in the 4-week period. Only 1 session per day allowed.

Must arrive to each session 5 minutes early and notify Haylee if you will not be able to make it ahead of time or you will not be eligible to win the final prize for the male/female category.

  1. Can I join the workout program and work with Tate/Holly, and still win a prize for training the most?

No, this program and prize option is only available when working with Haylee due to this program being for free training sessions.

You can sign up and pay separately outside of the program to train with Holly and Tate.

  1. When will we know the final prize option for the fitness program?

By January 19th, 2022 at the latest

  1. How intense will the exercise sessions be?

Prior to the beginning of the program, each individual will complete a health history form and consent form so each session can be personalized to meet your fitness needs.

  1. Can I do a single and group session each week?

You can sign up for whichever session meets your needs based on your weekly schedule. Haylee will be available during these times each week.
