At the Cochranton YMCA FREE Blood Pressure Screening Every Tuesday all day.

Free Body Fat/BMI testing every 2nd Wednesday of every month 


Tumbling Class for Preschool and School Age 

Tumbling

Buddy 'n Me ages 1 - 3
*with an adult buddy.  Music and games are used to encourage little ones to explore movement and learn basic tumbling exercises.
 
Tumbling Classes ages 3 - 10
*basic tumbling progressions are taught; strength, flexibility, and agility are increased.  Teachers continue to introduce new gymnastics skills; floor and beam.
 
Classes are held at the Cochranton Community Church on Fridayevenings; Buddy 'n Me 5:45PM-6:15PM.  Tumbling 6:15PM-7:00PM

Cost:  Tumbling Member- $10.00, Non-member $20.00 per 4 week sessions

WELLNESS CLASSES


SilverSneakers® Classic - ACTIVE OLDER ADULT CLASS 

 

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercise designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.
