Pilates develops a strong "core" or center of the body.  It helps build long muscles and flexible joints leaving you less susceptible to injury.  Pilates is one of the safest workouts you can use.  No other exercise system is so gentle to your body while giving it a challenging workout.

 YOGA

 

 

 

Yoga is not only about building flexibility but also strength. This yoga class focuses on postures and breathwork to do just this, as well as cultivate inner strength, expression, creativity, and focus.  This class is appropriate for anyone ages 8-108.  Modifications and adaptations are offered to suit each person's unique body and needs. No previous experienced required.
