Step Fitness

The class is a combination of cardio step routines and strength/core training.  Don’t be intimated by step routines - the class is designed for all skill levels and intensity.  In addition to the cardio,  we  incorporate free weights, stability ball, and resistance bands for core-strength training, coordination and balance for a total body workout.

All the while – having fun!
