Feel better and prolong your health...visit our friendly staff at the Cochranton YMCA!
If you have any questions about our classes or times, please give us a call or ask our front desk staff for assistance. It is our hope that members have fun while moving to the music through a variety of exercises that will increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.
